Houses on the Côte d’Azur
Some time ago, I wrote a post about my trip to France, to Cannes, to be precise. As always, I was there on business – I visited real properties that were subsequently listed for sale at my company Crystal House. Today, I have written a post about three different location and three completely different houses that have two things in common: they are all located on the Côte d’Azur and are a dream of luxury come true.
Why is this post dedicated to real properties in France? It is obvious – today is the national day of France, or the anniversary of the storming of the Bastille.
House in Cannes
I wrote about Cannes on a few occasions already – if interested you can read the blog posts about this wonderful place. This time I went to Cannes to list a majestic Florence-style villa.
The 380 m2 house is situated on a plot spanning the area of over 2,200 m2. The terrace offers a spectacular view of the bay. The house is close to all the city’s attractions. It also has a swimming pool, a wine cellar, a small gym, a whirlpool bath, several bedrooms and bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen with a dining room. Everything finished with excellent materials and furnished with high-end equipment.
Villa in Villefranche-sur-Mer
I wrote a few posts about the town itself so I will not repeat myself. As regards the villa available for sale there, it differs considerably from the house in Cannes – it is very modern and offers minimalistic luxury.
The villa has a swimming pool, a sauna and gym. The new owner will have 5 bedrooms (each with an ensuite bathroom) with direct access to the terrace at his or her disposal. The property also has a beautiful garden overlooking the bay.
Mini palace in Saint Jeanette
The last property I want to tell you about today is situated in another picturesque town on the Côte d’Azur, in Saint Jeanette. Seeing how well it was finished, I can genuinely say we are dealing here with a mini palace.
What does it house? Six bedrooms (each with an ensuite bathroom), a fireplace, a terrace, a swimming pool and garden and a tennis court. But the greatest merit of the villa is its beautiful interior – lovers of Baroque will not be able to take their eyes off the furniture and home décor items.
I wonder which of the above real properties has won you over – leave a comment under the post.
