Recently, another interesting property has appeared in the offer of my company, Crystal House; it can be used both as a holiday home and an all-year-round home. This time it is an estate located in the tiny village of Feliksów in the Tomaszów poviat. It is close to Warsaw (approx. 100 km) and Łódź (approx. 60 km), and thanks to a network of good national and communal roads, the access is really convenient.
A few words about the area
Feliksów is located approx. 30 km from Tomaszów Mazowiecki and approx. 15 km from Rawa Mazowiecka. The local lands are not famous for anything special – the area is neither touristy nor full of monuments. Paradoxically, for someone who will buy a house here, that’s great news. Here he will find peace and quiet, which are increasingly difficult to find in more popular regions of Poland. The more so because – according to the 2011 census – the village of Feliksów, where the property is located, has… 24 permanent residents.

The picturesque property picturesque property that I would like to present to you today is a detached house surrounded by greenery and located by a pond (the property includes a long coastline). The large, almost 600-meter-long house was built of thick wooden logs, which gives it a very rustic character.
The interiors are spacious and cozy, and the large glazing makes the house well-lit. The decor is very classic, and the elegant, quilted furniture invites you to relax on them.
