My first exclusive house in Spain!

I have not been here for a long time, but there are important reasons for this. As you know, for the last few months I have not only been managing my Polish company Crystal House, but also developing my business in sunny Spain. Therefore, I have really little time for anything outside of work, but I thought I would share with you information about my first exclusive residence in Spain.

It is the amazing Casa Blanca 24 property, located in the Estepona district, with an asking price of over PLN 71 million. I recently held my first Spanish ‘open house’ here – be sure to read the text and see the photos!

Marbella is a top location

I have written several times in the past about why Spanish Marbella is such a great location, so I will now briefly remind you of this:

• great weather all year round
• proximity to the Sierra Nevada mountains (skiing and boarding) and the sea (water sports) and beautiful beaches
• the best golf courses in the world at your fingertips
• facilities for investors from outside Spain
• proximity to stars of cinema, sport and culture
• excellent communications with the rest of the country (motorways) and the world (Malaga airport)

The house I want to show you today is located in the Estepona district – one of the most beautiful in the whole province of Málaga. Puerto Bonus is 7 km away and Marbella is a few minutes’ drive away. In addition, you will walk to the local golf courses, restaurants and shops.

Casa Blanca 24: it could not get any more luxurious

My first Spanish “open house”

Such an amazing property was perfect as the location for my first Spanish ‘open house’ event. I made sure the whole event had the right setting – there was a DJ, live music, refreshments and some cool cars, too. I think we were successful, and now I’m looking forward to finalising the sale.
