I have opened Crystal House International in Marbella!

A few weeks ago, one of my life and business dreams came true – I opened the Crystal House International office in the beautiful Spanish city of Marbella, and for the time being, I intend to live here and manage the development of the Crystal House International brand!

Why Marbella?

This small town is one of the most famous (if not the most famous) resorts in Spain and Europe. If you are lucky, you will meet George Clooney, Julio Iglesias or Antonio Banderas on the street.

Marbella is a town whose star shone for good in the 1960s when the Franco regime opened up to foreign tourists. Its attractive location, excellent conditions for water sports, proximity to the mountains and mild climate made the town more popular every year. Worth mentioning are such attractions of Marbella as the old town and numerous Christian and Islamic and even ancient monuments, the Golden Mile (i.e. a section of the national road N340, along which the most luxurious and expensive residences are situated), the Puerto Banus (where a day’s mooring costs up to several thousand euros) or the beautiful beaches.

From Marbella, it is close to Málaga, which is approximately 50 km away. This makes Marbella well connected – there is an airport in Málaga from which you can fly to every major city in Europe. There are also the casinos of Gibraltar within a few tens of km.

The climate is also not insignificant – more than 320 days of sunshine a year make it the sunniest city in the whole of Spain. The coldest months are December, January and February when the temperature is around 12-14C. 20C in November is not surprising here.

Crystal House International

This is where I have decided to develop my company further. My Polish company runs like a well-oiled machine, thanks to my colleagues on the ground, and I can get on with building my business in southern Europe.

We already offer amazing properties from the primary and secondary markets, not only on the Costa del Sol but also on all Spanish coasts. We also sell residences from the Portuguese coast, the south of France, Italy, Croatia, Sardinia, and the Balearic Islands thanks to our collaboration with other intermediaries.

We will also be looking into the rental of exclusive flats and chalets in ski resorts such as Chamonix, Megève, Courchevel or Cortina d’Ampezzo, as well as in Spain’s Sierra Nevada. The latter location in particular is very interesting – skiing or snowboarding on the superbly groomed sunny slopes in the morning and having a drink with a palm tree on the beach of one of the Costa del Sol resorts in the afternoon.
