Konstancin is one of the towns near Warsaw that the richest Poles like. It is full of beautiful villas, magnificent mansions and palaces. One of them has recently been added to my Crystal House offer.
Well-off people have practically always lived in Konstancin. These forest areas located near the capital attracted the Warsaw elite due to their climatic and spa properties. Initially – in the 19th century – summer villas were built here, but with time, year-round residences also began to appear. At the turn of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, many impressive buildings designed by leading architects were built here. And in the interwar period, the town was advertised as a place for the elite of culture and art.
The post-war times are the fall of Konstancin. The beautiful villas were taken from their rightful owners or their heirs in order to be inhabited by residents who did not care for their accommodation, which made the beautiful buildings deteriorate at an alarming rate.
Due to the relatively poor communication with Warsaw, Konstancin was considered a city of exile. It was only with the change of the system that the city became fashionable again. The construction boom from the beginning of the 21st century reached here as well, and Konstancin became a synonym of luxury and exclusivity again. They are located here, among others Kulczyk family, Jerzy Starak, Ryszard Krauze and Mariusz Walter.
Today, Konstancin is clearly perceived as one of the best addresses near Warsaw.
A classic villa in Konstancin
A beautiful house with garden is located in the so-called zone A, i.e. the villa part of the village, close to the biggest attractions in Konstancin: the Spa Park, graduation towers and the Old Paper Mill. It is one of the most beautiful properties in the area, with a beautiful garden with old trees.
