Timeless villa on the Ventana estate
A comfortable and timeless villa on the Ventanta estate is a treat for those who love nature and the amenities of the big city.
Magdalenka, a village near Warsaw, is one of those places whose name is associated by many Poles. It was here that the so-called Magdalenka talks – negotiations between the communist authorities and representatives of the democratic opposition in the late 1980s – took place. The diva of Polish and foreign stages, Violetta Villas, lived here for many years, as well as many notables of the previous regime. A lot of events and personalities for one small town near Warsaw.
Today Magdalenka is first and foremost a quiet town, frequented by better-off residents of Warsaw. Nestled among a pine forest, it is an oasis of peace, tranquility and nature, despite its close proximity to the S-8 highway which offers quick access to the centre of the capital.

The Ventana estate is one of the most interesting projects located in the vicinity of Warsaw. Only 18 km from the capital city, it neighbours the Chojnowski Forests, ponds and the Utrata River. It is a place for nature lovers who want to have access to all amenities of a big city. What is important, in the close vicinity there are shopping parks – Janki and Maximus, as well as an airport, nurseries, kindergartens, schools, shops, a stud farm, fitness centre and swimming pools and two express roads: Katowicka and Krakowska.
The architecture of the houses refers to the tradition of classical manor houses, but each of them has been finished according to the wishes and taste of the owner.
The estate has its own recreational zone with a playground. The residents’ safety is ensured by round-the-clock security staff. The houses are surrounded by beautiful, individually designed greenery and the surrounding streets are carefully lit and marked.
