Saint-Jeannet: Where the mountains and sea meet (almost)
I have already written about how much I love the south of France, and particularly Provence. It just so happens that I recently accepted for sale a property located in a very picturesque town Saint-Jeannet.
Saint-Jeannet is located in the Provence-Alps-French Riviera region, close to Nice. This tiny town with a population of just under 4,000 people sits at the foot of a tall cliff, the Baou de Saint-Jeannet. The vicinity of the cliffs makes the town a popular starting point for many tourist trails. You can admire the nearby sea and the coast all the way from Nice to Cannes from the local vantage point. The town is also quite close to Monaco where the Formula 1 races are held.
Saint-Jeannet is all about beautiful landscapes, delicious food and over 300 sunny days a year. In direct vicinity to the property are golf courses, marinas where the world’s most exquisite yachts can be seen mooring, restaurants and clubs which host the best parties ever all year round.
Villa Gloria– which is what the property in question is called – is a luxurious building featuring 6 apartments with ensuite bathrooms. The interiors were arranged by top designers. Guests can avail themselves of wireless internet, televisions, radios and air-conditioning. The house also has a kitchen and a dining room with a fireplace for 16 people.
The house is surrounded by a 1.1 ha garden, rich in typically Mediterranean greenery and a covered swimming pool and a tennis court, as well as a gardener’s house with a living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a walk-in closet and a fully furnished kitchen.
The price of the property is EUR 3,000,000.
