Zegarki piłkarzy: co mają na nadgarstku gwiazdy futbolu
Although for the Polish national team, Euro 2020 ended a few days ago after losing a match against Sweden, we can still watch the games of those teams that played well enough to leave the group. Even more so bearing in mind that the best footballers very often invest in something that interests me a lot, i.e. watches. So there may be an opportunity to see what timepieces are in the top right now among football players. That is why today I decided to prepare for you a list of 3 footballers and their watches. Two of them are still playing in the European Championship and one has already gone on a well-deserved vacation. Here they are – football stars and their amazing timepieces.
Robert Lewandowski: Patek Philippe Nautilus 5726/1A
As befits a very well-off man, Robert Lewandowski can boast of more than one luxurious watch. Its collection includes, among others Patek Philippe Aquanaut, Patek Philippe Nautilus 5890R, Hublot Classic Fusion Chrono, Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chronograph and Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar.
It seems, however, that the heart of Lewy was stolen by Patek Philippe Nautilus 5762 /1A, because it is in this watch that we see him most often. The first watches in this collection were introduced in 1976 and immediately became very popular. The monoblock case, the automatic movement with a 45h power reserve and 2 complications (date and moon phases) are its main features. The price of such a watch is around PLN 500,000.
2. Kylian Mbappe: Hublot Big Bang
French international Kylian Mbappe has the potential to be the best footballer in the world. It is possible that during this year’s Euro he will want to avenge his team’s defeat 5 years ago, when France lost the final to Portugal. Maybe then he will add another amazing watch to his collection.
Meanwhile, on Kylian’s wrist we can see a Hublot Big Bang Steel White Diamonds, which should not come as a surprise, since the French footballer is the ambassador of this brand. This particular model has 114 diamonds on the case, a quartz movement and a sapphire crystal. Its price is over PLN 50,000.
3. Cristiano Ronaldo: Rolex GMT Master II Ice
Can the best footballer in the world have anything other than the world’s most expensive watch? He couldn’t! Which is why Cristiano Ronaldo owns a Rolex GMT Master II Ice in 18 ct white gold and 30 ct diamonds. Interestingly, this Rolex model has only one complication and it is the date display. But the price is really cosmic – this particular model costs about PLN 1,900,000.
