A palace in Konstancin
The neo-gothic palace from the beginning of the 19th century, located in Konstancin, is an amazing residence that underwent a major renovation 15 years ago.
Rarely do I have the pleasure of having a real palace in the offer of my company Crystal House. But when it happens, they are truly fantastic properties. This time I would like to show you a truly grand residence in Konstancin.

Why is it worth having a house in Konstancin?
Konstancin is one of the most popular satellite towns in Warsaw. It is enough far away that to allow its residents to take a break from the hustle and bustle of a big city, but close enough to make commuting to work by car or public transport not a problem. Its location among forests, close to the Chojnów Landscape Park, the local graduation towers and the specific microclimate make Konstancin often chosen by wealthy people. The Kulczyk family, Jerzy Starak, Ryszard Krauze and Mariusz Walter all live here.
The not so big Konstancin has everything you need to live – there are fitness clubs, recreational and spa areas, but also several international schools, an intimate shopping center, as well as elite art galleries. In fact, the only thing that forces local residents to leave the city is work, because everything else is in place. Konstancin is a perfect place to live for people who are looking for a prestigious location and a quiet haven where one can relax and “recharge his or her batteries”.
A Neo-Gothic palace
The property which I am about to show you today is located in the so-called zone A, which is the best part of Konstancin. The total built area is as much as 1,200 m2 on a plot of over 3,300 m2. The neo-Gothic house was built at the beginning of the 19th century, and its general renovation took place at the turn of 2005 and 2006. There is also a guest house on the plot, which in style refers to the main building.
The residence has three overground and one underground level. In the basement there is a swimming pool and a huge garage for 8 cars. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a garden terrace, as well as a conservatory, a study room with a library and a kitchen. The first floor is the house’s private zone – there is a master bedroom with a bathing room and a dressing room, as well as a spacious hall.
