Among all Warsaw districts, Mokotów is one of my favorites. I am all the more pleased that a beautiful villa on Łowicka St. has recently been added to the offer of my company Crystal House. It is undoubtedly one of the best areas of Warsaw, both for living and running an office. And the villa we are talking about today can fulfill both of these functions.

Old Mokotów – silence, peace and greenery

Warsaw’s Upper Mokotów is one of the most prestigious parts of Warsaw, next to Oficerski Żoliborz and old Saska Kępa. There is a lot of low-rise housing in the urban fabric, which often remembers the pre-war times. There are also many parks and green areas, shops, cultural institutions and sports facilities. The immediate vicinity of the city center is also important, which means that you can walk to Śródmieście.

Therefore, it should come as no surprise that real estate in Górny Mokotów achieve the highest selling prices: a square meter costs an average of PLN 13,000 here (and I’m talking about multi-family housing!). In Stary Mokotów, a plot of approx. 1000 square meters alone costs 7-8 million zlotys, while detached houses cost 10 million and above! So it is a neighborhood for the best off and houses for sale are rare.

The 4-storey building, built in 1926, is one of the few properties for sale in this area. The villa is 680 m2 in size and is situated on a plot of approximately 900 meters. The house is surrounded by a well-kept city garden.

The building has undergone a major renovation (facade and interior). The floors feature a beautiful parquet with a unique pattern, and in the more frequently used zones (hall) you will find marble (white marianna). The original wooden stairs remember the times of the first owners. There is a fireplace in the beautifully lit living room with access to the terrace and garden. Some rooms have custom-made furniture. The sauna in the basement is also worth mentioning.
