A luxurious apartment in Złota 44
Few residential projects in Warsaw arose so much interest as Złota 44. The building, designed by a world-class architect Daniel Liebeskind, was supposed to bring a completely new quality and create a lifestyle that had not been seen in Poland until that time. And it did.
Meanwhile, I do not write that often about Złota 44. That is why today I decided to make up for it, the and more so bearing in mind that a very interesting property has recently been added to the offer of my company Crystal House.
About Złota 44
Złota 44 is the highest residential tower of this class in the European Union. In a building 192-metres tall there are 54 storeys and 287 unique apartments. Everything about Złota 44 sets it apart – the architect who designed it, the materials used for construction work, the interiors that redefine the concept of luxury and the bird’s eye view of Warsaw 24/7. For Polish standards prices per square metre are rocket-high and can excess 40 000 zlotys. Nevertheless, luxury has its price tag and the buyers know what they are paying for.
Benefits for residents
Aparat from usual services that can be found in other residential buildings such as concierge, gym or external deck Złota 44 offers a 25-metre swimming pool, spa area with massage rooms, small cinema with golf simulator or wine-cellar with sampling facilities. It should not come as a surprise then that the list of owners includes such names as Joanna Krupa or Robert Lewandowski.
An apartment for sale
The 150-meter apartment offers an amazing bird’s eye view of Warsaw. The south-west exposition (the apartment is located in the corner of the building) allows you to admire the very center of Warsaw, the near and far Wola, as well as northern Mokotów.
The apartment has been finished to a high standard that will appeal to even the most demanding customers. American walnut on the floor, marble in the kitchen and bathroom, travertine in the bathroom, American walnut veneered furniture in the kitchen and bedroom – these are just some of the materials that designers have used.
The price-tag: 6 200 000 PLN.
