I have already written about the Opera Redicence in a post about the top-tier real properties in Warsaw. Today, I wanted to show you an apartment in the building that has just been listed at Crystal House.

The Opera Residence

The Opera Residence actually consists of two buildings erected in the years 2005/2006 (Opera I) and 2011/2012 (Opera II), which are synonymous to luxury and prestige. The buildings house apartments of an area from 100 to 200 m², studio apartments of an area of 60 m²and a penthouse with access to a roof garden. Although the buildings have an unusual façade reminiscent of the Baroque style, apartments were sold practically on the spot. The semi-circular shape and position bring to mind an amphitheatre, which was what the architect envisaged.

The Opera Residence has a premium location – it is situated in direct vicinity of the Saski Garden and the Grand Theatre. The elegant staircases are finished with stone cladding and exotic wood. The apartment

The apartment sold by my company Crystal Housewas created as a result of joining two different apartments and hence has a total area of 262 m². Therefore it can be divided into two separate real properties. Interestingly, the lift takes you directly into the hall of the apartment and it is much like a penthouse. The apartment is fully furnished – it was finished with top quality materials and appliances.
