Stary Mokotów is definitely one of the most beautiful and green districts of Warsaw. No wonder that it is as popular among people looking for a flat as Żoliborz or Saska Kępa. The main advantages of this area are numerous green areas (Pola Mokotowskie, Park Morskie Oko, Park Dreszera), excellent and quick access to the center (metro, trams and buses), numerous pubs and service points, as well as large areas of land with low, single-family buildings. After all, Stary Mokotów is simply beautiful.

In terms of the availability of sports infrastructure, Stary Mokotów occupies a leading position among Warsaw districts. One of the two publicly accessible Olympic swimming pools in Warsaw is located here. One of the longest bicycle paths in Warsaw also begins in Mokotów. 5. Low noise level
Although the district is crossed by streets such as Al. Niepodległości or Puławska, inside the street blocks the noise level is surprisingly low.
