A beautiful house in Skop in Mazury: the perfect solution for these hard times
Mazury is, in my humble opinion, one of the most beautiful regions of Poland and the house in Skop just listed for sale at my company is simply put – overwhelming!
I love the Mazury region which is an amazing and charming part of Poland. I cannot think of anyone I know who does not enjoy a stay in the vicinity of one of the Mazury lakes. Peace, quiet, pristine nature and lots of opportunities to rest and relax are just some of the merits of this part of our country. The region is exceptional in many respect – it is culturally diverse and socially interesting and boasts having beautiful nature. Mazury is home to a great property that has recently been listed for sale at my Crystal House agency.
At present, given the state of epidemic such a house is the perfect solution for all – it will work great both as an all-year house and a vacation home. Not without significance is the fact that the house may easily be rented out to tourists. The more so that in all likelihood most Poles will be spending their upcoming vacation in Poland. This means that such properties are a great investment these days.
Let me tell you more about the property. It is a truly unique house erected on a 25-ha plot overgrown with forests, meadows and fields located in Skop village, at some 8 km away from Ryn. There is also a shooting range and a pond with a beach on the premises. This former Prussian estate has undergone overall renovation and the former farm buildings have been repurposed. The usable area of the buildings is 1,000 m2.
