Złota 44: an apartment in one of the most prestigious buildings of Warsaw
Recently I have come to the conclusion that I very rarely write about Złota 44, aka Liebeskind’s Sail. I decided to correct this mistake, especially since quite recently I have taken a property in this building for sale via my company Crystal House.
A project that Warsaw has been waiting for
Few residential projects in Warsaw arose so much interest as Złota 44. The building, designed by a world-class architect Daniel Liebeskind, was supposed to bring a completely new quality and create a lifestyle that had not been seen in Poland until that time.
Liebeskind said the following words about Złota 44: “The idea behind the shape of Złota 44 occured to me when I was thinking about a city whose beauty had been brought back from times of destruction and oppression. I wanted to give a complete shape to the Warsaw of the past and that of the future, acknowledge the sense of freedom and affirmation of everyday life. I was inspired mainly by the identity of this incredible place and its potential”. And that is how Liebeskind’s Sail was created, owing its name to the form of its façade.
A unique project
Złota 44 is the highest residential tower of this class in the European Union. In a building 192-metres tall there are 52 storeys and 287 unique apartments. Everything about Złota 44 sets it apart – the architect who designed it, the materials used for construction work, the interiors that redefine the concept of luxury and the bird’s eye view of Warsaw 24/7. For Polish standards prices per square metre are rocket-high and can excess 40 000 zlotys. Nevertheless, luxury has its price tag and the buyers know what they are paying for.
Benefits for residents
Aparat from usual services that can be found in other residential buildings such as concierge, gym or external deck Złota 44 offers a 25-metre swimming pool, spa area with massage rooms, small cinema with golf simulator or wine-cellar with sampling facilities. It should not come as a surprise then that the list of owners includes such names as Joanna Krupa or Robert Lewandowski.
Apartament for sale
The apartament I would like to show you today is located on the 20th floor and has an area of 104 square metres. It is finished to the highest standard and I am pretty sure it will please even the most picky of people.
The new owner will have at his or her disposition a spacious lounge with dining room and a view of the city centre, an open kitchen, a cosy bedroom and two bathrooms. A place in the underground garage, a storage room and a wine cellar will raise the buying price by an additional 200 000 zlotys.
Price tag: 3 350 000 zlotys.
