I am a great fan of residential properties located in Konstancin-Jeziorna and I am always very happy to welcome a new listing to my Crystal House agency. Inundated in greenery, Konstancin has been a prestigious town dubbed “garden-city” ever since its foundation and has always drawn the crème de la crème of the social elite of Warsaw and was a popular wellness resort.

Konstancin owes its unique atmosphere to exquisite villas and palaces once owned by the elite that surviced World War II unscathed and can still be admired.

No wonder that Konstancin still is a much desired address for all those who can afford to buy real property in this town. Konstancin is the perfect place to live for people looking for a home in a prestigious location and a safe harbour where you can rest and recharge your batteries. The town has a number of fitness clubs, recreational areas, wellness zones, a few international schools, a small shopping centre as well as chic art galleries. Everything within easy reach!

Residence in zone A

The beautiful property I want to tell you about today is located in the so-called Zone A, namely the best part of Konstancin. It is a cosy district of the town with villas and overgrown with old trees, it is a veritable sanctuary of peace and quiet. It is close to the Park Zdrojowy with a graduation tower, the American School of Warsaw and the Stara Papiernia shopping centre.

The house has a usable area of 320 m2 and there is a 80-metre garage on the premises as well as a “Zakopianka”, or a 85 m2 wooden guest house. The property does not require any financial investments. It is fitted with CCTV, satellite television, house telephone and a remotely operated gate.

On the ground floor there is the master bedroom with a bathing room. There is also a kitchen with a large Island connected with a dining room and a cinema room. The first floor houses four bedrooms, a bathing room, toilet, walk-in wardrobe, a mezzanine office with windows overlooking the garden and a balcony. In the basement there is a linen room, drying room, laundry room, boiler room and a cool room for e.g. wine storage.

One of the greatest merits of the property is the plot – it is over 3,300 m2  large, very sunny and tended.

The price tag? PLN 4,500,000.
