Penthouse in the Platinum Towers: Sky-high luxury
Platinum Towers is one of the first residential high-rises in Warsaw. This is where a luxury penthouse is available for sale exclusively through Crystal House.
There a few apartments among all those luxury properties that are listed in my company that are located really high above the ground. These are primarily apartments in the Cosmopolitan building, but recently I listed for sale a nearly 200-metre penthouse on the 22nd floor of one of the Platinum Towers building.
Platinum Towers: two towers in the city centre
Platinum Towers is a residential development from Atlas Estates the construction of which began in 2007. The two towers were built very quickly and two years later the first residents moved in their brand-new apartments. The twin towers have 22 floors each, are 80 metres tall, and are connected with a glazed passageway. The smallest apartment available there is 36 m2-large, while the largest spans an area of over 200 m2.
Platinum Towers were designed by architectural duo Yossi Sivan and Piotr Majewski. The plans were to build another high-rise in the vicinities that would be nearly twice as tall as it was supposed to have 167 floors but nothing happened in this regard since then.
Platinum Towers are located in the near Wola district. It is a part of Warsaw that has undergone a swift gentrification process in recent years. In the mid-20th century, ul. Grzybowska was lined with industrial buildings, 18th century tenements and lots of small service stations and shops. However, the past 20 years were a period of immense investments there, the infrastructure was heavily improved and the prices of apartments went up accordingly.
The Warsaw Spire, Warsaw Trade Center, Hotel Hilton, Warsaw Rising Museum or the now-renovated Norblin Factory as well as many amenities are all within walking distance from the apartment.
The penthouse on the 22nd floor
This is where the penthouse I mentioned above, with its incredible terrace and a fantastic view of Warsaw is located. It comprises two floors and spans an area of nearly 200 m2 and two bedrooms (including one master bedroom with a bathing room), two bathrooms, a large living room with a dining room and kitchenette and a walk-in wardrobe. The apartment was finished to the highest standards: it is fully air-conditioned, has floor heating, is fitted with Siemens kitchen appliances, Hansgrohe fittings and a high-end HiFi system.
The penthouse has a huge terrace and two parking spaces for exclusive use. The price tag? PLN 7,500,000.
