Amazing Miami apartment

I have already written in another post that my most recent trip to the USA was partlybusiness and partly pleasure. It is owing to this visit that another breath-taking property has just been listed on the website of my company Crystal House. This real property, yet to be completed is situated in Monad Terrace in Miami Beach. The lucky owners will be given keys to their new home in late 2019.

Location

Miami is one of the most interesting American cities in terms of the real property offering. This particular investment is located in an excellent spot, overlooking Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic. Designed by a renowned architect, Pritzker Award winner Jean Nouvel, the property consists of 59 seaside apartments. The apartments have private gardens where local plant species will be planted. You could actually say that Nouvel designed a building where light, water and greenery play centre stage.

Amenities

Of course, such exclusive property could not lack amenities for residents. The estate will be offering a 24/7 car wash, reception area and concierge service.There will also be a sun deck with a 35-metre-long swimming pool and a whirlpool tub where residents will be served food, drinks and towels by dedicated Staff. There will also be a gym and yoga room with a view of the laguna. Residents will also have a coffee shop, juice bar, bicycles and a relaxation area at their disposal.

Finishing touch

All apartments will be furnished with large terraces, sometimes twice the size of the living area of a given apartment. The bathrooms will be finished to cater to the needs of the most discernible clients – Jean Nouvel skillfully combined simplicity with luxury.
