The site of the former Skarpa cinema is now home to one of the most prestigious apartment buildings in Warsaw.
In my work, I am dealing with the most luxurious real properties in Warsaw. I know the market like the back of my hand as I have been a real estate agent specialising in high-end properties for over 10 years now. For yet another time, I had the pleasure of being the agent for the sale of an apartment at Rezydencja Foksal. I sold nearly 1,000 m2of residential space in this building and I can say it has no secrets before me. This is, without a doubt, one of the best locations in Warsaw and the finishing standard of the building is nothing less than luxurious.
A prestigious location
Foksal street, located near the Royal Route, has always been a perfect location in Warsaw. It used to be the venue of a garden whose name originates from the Polish take on the London district of Vauxhall. The former garden alley was transformed in the 19thcentury into a street. The buildings that line it have survived World War II in most part, owing to which the street has retained its prestigious, big-city ambience.
A luxurious building
Rezydencja Foksal was erected in 2012. BBI Development was the company responsible for its development. The building was designed by Sławomir Stankiewicz, Michał Adamczyk and Krzysztof Tyszkiewicz. The architects managed toskillfully combine modernism with the Art déco style. Owing to this, the investment combines comfort with evergreen style and top architectural standards.
The finishing materials used in the building include marble, travertine, onyx and exotic wood. In the hallway there is a reception desk, lifts with mirrors and comfortable sofas. The residents can avail themselves of a spa, swimming pool and squash court.
A one-of-a-kind apartment
Some time ago, an incredible apartment located at Rezydencja Foksal on the third floor was listed in my company. It has an area of 185 m2+ 7.5 m2of storage space. The apartment was finished to the highest possible standard with care for detail. There are three bedrooms, an office, 2 bathrooms, a toilet and a 20-metre terrace in the apartment.
The price? PLN6,650,000. You can buy 3 parking spaces in the underground garage for an extra PLN 350,000.
