„Syta 93”: nowe miejsce na kulinarnej mapie Warszawy
On a Saturday evening I visited the “Syta 93” restaurant and it was definitely worth it.
Syta Street in Warsaw is a nearly a 6 kilometre-long route located in the Wilanów district. For some time, at number 93, there has been one of the most interesting new restaurants called “Syta 93“. I must admit that the name of the street and restaurant which means “satiated” is very adequate: it’s hard not to get out of here full and satisfied. I visited the place over the weekend and ate a delicious meal.
“Syta 93” is a perfect place for both a family lunch or a romantic dinner. Thanks to its area (nearly 800 m2), the restaurant can accommodate banquets and various types of events. In addition, the owners make sure that guests find here not only food for the body, but also for the spirit – often there are live concerts and other artistic performances.
For families with children, the undoubted advantage will be that on the top floor there is a playroom where animators are waiting for the youngest guests. Workshops and demonstrations of live cooking are held there.
The +1 level is a cocktail bar that I intend to test in the near future. On the other hand, on level 0 there is one of the main attractions of the restaurant: a wood-fired oven in which the perfect pizzas are baked.
The largest and most elegant part of “Syta 93” is the restaurant level -1. Here, the guests can taste not only excellent dishes but also culture at the highest level. Concerts, performances of stand-ups as well as well-known and popular artists are everyday life here.
How is the food in Syta 93? Primarily one can order chef Bartek Kędra’s variations on the subject of international cuisine. For his meals, the chef uses only top quality fresh ingredients. I particularly liked the duck with gooseberry sauce, chive puree and delicious steak tartare. I highly recommend it!
